The Domestic Violence Prevention Enhancement and Leadership Through Alliances (DELTA) Project is a 14 state collaboration to create awareness of Domestic violence prior to occurrences. The program focuses on Intimate Partner Violence (IPV) and changing the conditions that allow this kind of violence to exist.

In Rhode Island, DELTA includes a statewide steering committee that will develop a statewide Intimate Partner Violence comprehensive prevention plan. (list members - update when available)
